Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Vienna. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period; the retention period follows the host’s configuration and will be stated here at go-live.

No analytics cookies, no tracking

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking services, and embeds no external fonts, maps or videos. All fonts and videos are served from our own server. Technically necessary session cookies of the content management system are set only where a function requires them (for example the contact form’s spam protection).

Contact form and e-mail

If you contact us via the form or by e-mail, we process the details you provide (name, company, e-mail, phone, message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is sent by e-mail to our mailbox and deleted once it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps

Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps lead to services operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company and Google Ireland Limited respectively. Their privacy policies apply once you click; no data is transferred to these providers before you do.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Complaints may be addressed to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
